Kristen O'Donnell, the planning consultant working with the town, presented an expanded Part 3 environmental assessment (EAF) that reviews the draft comprehensive plan chapter by chapter against SEQRA'style criteria including air and water quality, traffic and noise, vegetation and wildlife habitat, community character, energy use, human health, and cumulative impacts.
