Commission approves special-use permit for commercial kitchen on A-1 tract

The commission convened a special-use hearing for case SU-001-2026 and heard the zoning administrator's report summarizing planning-and-zoning findings and eight recommended conditions for approval. The zoning administrator described the site (one acre at 290th Road) and said the planning board recommended approval with conditions including a site plan, required local, state and federal permits, deed addendum filing, and notifications of ownership changes.
