Staff summarized a series of largely statistical and policy updates to the Preston comprehensive plan. Changes included updated Census statistics, revised transportation language to coordinate with state traffic improvements, water‑resource updates and a housing‑policy clarification that gives priority to multi‑unit housing that allows units for purchase (PUDs) rather than strictly rental apartments.
