Members urged the Board of Trustees to include the Energy Action Plan and the SAB work plan in strategic objective 3.4 so the board understands priorities and allows staff to act; the SAB will submit a letter and supporting materials to the BOT packet.

SAB members discussed whether objective 3.4 should explicitly reference the Energy Action Plan and the SAB work plan. Cascrady said listing those plans would give the BOT context for what SAB is already executing and help the trustees understand what input is being requested. Multiple members agreed that including the energy plan and SAB work plan would capture roughly 90% of SABs current work.
