Union City Borough's posted agenda identifies a proposed codification that explicitly includes "Zoning Ordinance #1118." The notice says the codification would "provide for the repeal of certain legislation not included therein; to save from repeal certain other legislation not included therein; and to provide penalties for tampering with the code."
