Council: clock project easement resolved, work may proceed
Council reported that the property owner and borough solicitor finalized changes to the easement for the clock project, clearing the way for the project to move forward.

During public comment, resident Frank Bowman asked for an update on the borough clock project. Councilmember Susan Miller told the council that the property owner and Solicitor Craig Sharnetzka had reviewed and agreed on the easement language and that "the project can move forward."
