Board conditionally approves Vojtech land-use changes and a conditional-use permit for Wilson farm dwelling

The Village Board granted conditional approval for Timothy and Donna Vojtech to amend the Land Use Plan and rezone portions of their property from A-1 to A-2 while retaining C-1 Lowland Resource Conservancy District protections; the approval included a Certified Survey Map and a list of conditions. Conditions include conservation easements or deed restrictions for floodplain, wetlands and wooded areas; showing the Ordinary High-Water Mark and a 35-foot setback on the CSM; planting street trees and providing a landscape buffer; and dedicating land sufficient for a shared-use path along 104th and 106th Streets.
