The Zoning Board amended the applicant’s height request and approved the variance for Naby Properties LLC at 690 Conklin Road. George Wylde moved to change the applicant’s requested height to 26 feet; Hal Cole seconded and the motion passed. Hal Cole then moved to approve the resolution granting the variance and Bill Brodsky seconded; "all present board members approved," as recorded in the minutes.
