The director (speaker 1) requested approval to 'lay in' a bill for $2,241.25 to cover part of an environmental study related to the Public Safety 9-1-1 Center work. He said, “And then, I'm going to request approval for laying in for a bill for 2241.25 dollars This is just part of the environmental study.”
