The Director and board members worked through short-term and operational options to address parking shortage and lack of usable practice field space. The Director described plans to level and gravel a nearby parcel after school ends so it can serve as a temporary parking and practice area, and proposed converting part of the staff parking to a pull-in parent drop-off lane to reduce U-turns and unsafe behavior. "We could just make a little and put blocks along the road so they have to pull in... There'd be room for about 5 cars they could pull in..." the Director said while outlining a pull-through scheme.
