Director (speaker 1) opened the work session by reviewing a packet of proposed board goals and emphasized attendance as a priority. "Our numbers show improvement," the Director said, adding the district's internal tracking reports an average attendance of about 94% compared with an expected state report near 92%. The Director said the district will wait for official state data over the next few months before finalizing attendance goals.
