City manager asks commission to postpone decision on Forvis audit contract

Finance Director Shannon Wallace presented a contract offer from Forvis, the firm that completed the city's 2023 audit, to perform the 2024 audit. City Manager Mark Hall said he preferred the item be tabled so staff could investigate other firms and potentially solicit competing proposals.
