Board backs variance request for 805 Township Line Road, asks applicant to include impervious surface data

Patrick Korogodsky appeared before the Wrightstown Board to request support for a zoning variance (TMP #53-003-029) related to a side-yard setback at 805 Township Line Road. Korogodsky said his plan calls for demolishing an existing garage and rebuilding it with a second floor for storage while keeping the current footprint. The board asked him to amend his Zoning Hearing Board application to include the present impervious surface coverage so the record will reflect total coverage. Chair Chester S. Pogonowski moved, and Treasurer Robert S. Lloyd seconded, that the board inform the Zoning Hearing Board it supports the application; the motion was unanimously approved.
