The council approved the transfer and relocation of retail liquor license number 15 to Sweetwater Investment Properties LLC (doing business as Wind River Outdoor Company). Owner Ron Hansen told the council he intends to add a bourbon vault inside the store and to host vendor and catered events on the property, which he said requires consolidating the license under the new location and ownership.
