Purchasing Agent Jessica Bryant led a discussion of the 2025–29 Towing & Storage of Motor Vehicles RFP. After discussing the proposals, Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher moved and Commissioner Harry Otto seconded a motion to reject the RFP; the motion passed with all three commissioners voting yes.
