Commission sets CERF retirement contribution at 4%
Cole County commissioners approved an annual contribution election for the CERF retirement plan at 4% during their Oct. 21 meeting; motion was moved by Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher and seconded by Commissioner Harry Otto.

The commission voted unanimously to set the County Employees’ Retirement Fund (CERF) contribution at 4 percent for the period referenced in the minutes. Eastern District Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher made the motion and Western District Commissioner Harry Otto seconded; the motion passed with Commissioners Bushman, Hoelscher and Otto voting yes.
