Sewer work continues and Route 20 corridor bid process set, engineers say
Engineers reported Phase IV sewer line work is complete with about 45 days of concrete and sidewalk work remaining; Phase V is on hold. The Route 20 corridor pre-bid meeting was Sept. 18, with bids to be opened Oct. 9 at the Thrasher office; AML Phase II NEPA assessment is in draft.

Engineering staff told the council that Phase IV sewer line work is complete and that the contractor has approximately 45 days remaining for concrete and sidewalk work. The engineer also reported work to add Sandy’s Hardware force main into the Phase IV contract rather than as an additive alternate; Phase V sewer work remains on hold.
