County road crew flags bridge damage on AA Rd; tire-machine purchase tabled
Smith County Assistant Road & Bridge Supervisor reported water damage that lifted a bridge plank on AA Rd; the county will contact Penco for repairs. Purchase of a new tire machine was discussed but tabled until next week.

Assistant Road & Bridge Supervisor Owen Wagner told the commissioners Dec. 22 that the bridge on AA Rd between 100 Rd and 110 Rd has been damaged by high water, which lifted a plank; Wagner said he will contact Penco to address the bridge. Wagner also reported site-specific access concerns at M Rd & 80 Rd and S Rd & 80 Rd, and an outstanding issue at 230 Rd east of I Rd.
