The Dallas County Planning & Zoning Commission approved a rezoning request from A‑1 (Agricultural) to RE‑1 (Suburban Estate) for parcels identified as 0428100001 and 0428100005 in Des Moines Township (the "Bushnell Acres" proposal) after neighbors spoke in opposition.
