Staff and golf‑course leadership described a long‑dated irrigation system that dates to the 1970s on the front side with later additions; the pump houses are aging and leaking, and the city budgeted $30,000 for design this year. After procurement and reference checks, staff recommended Irrigation Technologies, a certified irrigation designer and golf‑course irrigation auditor, for design services and alternates.
