The Roane County Commission approved a suite of agreements to support recovery services: a Recovery Data Platform (RDP) Services Agreement with Faces & Voices of Recovery, a Business Associate Addendum to ensure HIPAA compliance, and an operational-services agreement with Sober Escorts, Inc. (SEI) to provide sober transport and related services. The SEI agreement includes hourly and package rates and provisions for discounted services when the county is financially responsible.
