Megan Nells, the county's communications manager, presented the county communications and engagement plan. Nells said the plan's primary goals are "to increase transparency for what is going on behind the scenes and to strengthen our community relationships," and described a mix of website detail pages, social-media graphics, radio segments, newsletters and templates intended to make county messages clearer and more accessible.
