Commenter challenges North Bank Monument narrative, offers documentation

A public commenter told commissioners he reviewed the record from Feb. 2021 and says the historical narrative supporting the North Bank Monument is misleading; he asserted housing shortage — not deed restrictions — better explains the historical displacement and said he will submit supporting documentation.
