County staff presented Resolution 26-631 to authorize the issuance and sale of bonds to finance property-owner portions of improvements to the Slate Lick lateral watershed drainage area. The resolution text in open session listed a maximum principal amount of $31,546.48 and described work including acquiring interests in real property, clearing obstructions, deepening and otherwise improving the drainage channel; staff told the board the closing on the debt would occur on September 24.
