County jail camera and telecom updates discussed; 800 MHz tower repairs noted

Allen Lanus told commissioners Atronic Alarm performed a walk-through to provide a quote to update the jail camera system and will also quote a door access system; he reported five new phone lines are now available and proposed contacting Nex-Tech about a calling tree to reduce spam calls. Lanus also suggested hosting a community spam/scam education session and noted an E-Dispatch system in the building of uncertain ownership.
