The Farmington City Council on Aug. 4 enacted an ordinance to require annual developer reporting on deed‑restricted moderate‑income housing units. Planning staff told the council the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal and recommended adoption to codify existing reporting practices and make enforcement and record‑keeping easier.
