Board approves swap of two upcoming hearing dates after attorney request
The board agreed to swap public hearing dates for Appeal #2600627 (BHMQ LLC) and Appeal #2600600 (Daniel Demers) after Attorney Tim Melms requested the change; the motion passed unanimously.

During the Aug. 13 meeting the board reviewed its hearing calendar. Attorney Tim Melms asked that the public hearing date for Appeal #2600627 (BHMQ LLC) be moved from Sept. 16 to Sept. 3 and that Appeal #2600600 (Daniel Demers) be moved from Sept. 3 to Sept. 16. The board approved the swap by motion of Mike Pazdernik, seconded by Jeff Verdoorn; the motion carried with all members voting "Aye."
