Mechanical Board nominees cite field experience and code gaps

Roger Porter and Rob Bates, nominees to the state Mechanical Board, told the Senate committee they bring hands-on and management experience and urged review of mechanical code sections after finding installations that met code but later proved inadequate for commercial facilities.
