Township Administrator Lori Kyle told trustees the 2027 Butler County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application is due Nov. 2 and provided a map of low‑to‑moderate income areas that determine eligibility. Road Superintendent Paul Beulah asked the board to apply for funds to pave small residential streets that are unlikely to be funded otherwise and identified Blade Mill, Venice Boulevard, part of Lark and Oriole Street as candidates; he said the last similar grant paved eight streets for roughly $110,000.
