Board approves HR items and clarifies split‑stipend expectations

Laurie Fulmer, the district human resources representative, asked the board to approve personnel items 8A and 8C; the board voted to approve the requested items. One director announced they would vote no on item 8A(5) and asked for clarification about split stipends. Fulmer explained that when a stipend is split the duties are expected to be divided equally and both staff typically share responsibilities at events and activities to earn the stipend.
