The Polk County Board of Equalization voted to approve a clerical error report presented by Assessor Krance correcting a property assessment for 2026. The board's minutes record that the garage on the property had been incorrectly assessed as a new build rather than as a used structure that had been moved to the new location. Boss moved to approve the clerical error report; Boruch seconded the motion, and the roll call vote was Boss, aye; Boruch, aye; Westring, aye.
