Representatives for Eli Lilly presented a detailed implementation/site plan for an industrial PUD and said attorneys have largely agreed on escrow and indemnity language so the developer can escrow funds and begin preliminary demolition. Nelson Jacobus said attorneys are finalizing documents and “they have agreed to escrow a significant number of funds to cover any potential loss that the Village would have before development is completed.”
