Esquire Tom Lawrence moved, seconded by Esquire Scott Lasley, to approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture for receipt of a spay/neuter grant effective Oct. 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record the court authorizing the Judge Executive to execute related documents.
