Warren County Fiscal Court approved a $2,789 change order to IRA Crown Rinks on Nov. 10 for the SoKY Ice Rink. Esquire Rick Williams moved and Esquire Tom Lawrence seconded the change order; the court recorded a unanimous 7-0 vote. The minutes note the original contract was approved July 24, 2025 for $147,290 and that the additional amount reflects a consumer price index adjustment.
