Warren County Fiscal Court approved the second and final reading of Ordinance #24-41WC, which establishes High Ridge Avenue and Hermitage Lane in Poplar Grove Subdivision Phase Four as county roads and authorizes county maintenance and speed limits. Esquire Tom Lawrence moved the measure and Esquire Eric Aldridge seconded; the court recorded seven yeas and no nays.
