Director Grant Swallows initially moved to approve a 3-year RTC Manufacturing contract for Warren County Schools' machines and service plans, but then withdrew that motion and moved instead to approve a 5-year contract. Commissioner Ross seconded the revised motion and the Financial Management Committee approved the 5-year term unanimously, recorded 7-0. The packet included a vendor letter outlining renewal options and pricing comparisons for 3- and 5-year alternatives.
