Budget & Finance and the Financial Management Committee approved a resolution directing that the Warren County Schools Federal Programs budget be accepted as presented by federal and state agencies without requiring separate approval from the county legislative body. The measure (Resolution No. 7-2025) was approved in both bodies: BF votes recorded 5-0 and FM votes recorded 7-0. The resolution text included a finding that seeking county approval had caused delays that risk a finding of Material Noncompliance under Government Auditing Standards.
