Jordan trustees approve revised water and sewer application
Following the Local Law 4 vote, the Village of Jordan Board approved a revised water and sewer application at the Sept. 16, 2024 special meeting. The motion was made by Deputy Mayor Gustafson, seconded by Trustee Stapleton, and carried unanimously.

After adopting Local Law 4 No. C-2024, Mayor Brim asked the Board to approve a revised water and sewer application. Deputy Mayor Gustafson moved to approve the application; Trustee Stapleton seconded the motion and all present voted in favor.
