Under code-enforcement correspondence, Richardson Inspection Services notified the board that a violation notice has been sent to the property at Hilliard 210-S1-B4 and Richardson will provide enforcement. Separately, the Burns property identified as 210-2F47-9A has halted enforcement as the owner is making arrangements to demolish and remove the home.
