The board approved waivers and a plan adding two lot additions (0.362 and 0.944 acres) to Lot A on Stine Lane; the residue remains woodland use and approvals were unanimous.

Bill Wright presented the Cody/Cortney Shellenberger plan for Stine Lane during the May 14 meeting. The proposal adds two lot additions of 0.362 and 0.944 acres to Lot A; the remaining land will remain designated for woodland use.
