The Lexington Board of Zoning Appeals denied a variance request from Tyson Sign Company on behalf of Midlands Orthopedics and Neurosurgery to add a wall sign that would increase the site’s total display area to approximately 309.66 square feet — about 84.66 square feet over the 225-square-foot site maximum.
