Mark Eierman introduced himself to the council as an applicant for a vacancy on the Marine Advisory Board. "My name is Mark Eierman, e y e r m a n," he said, and told the council he is a resident of 4857 Northwest 3rd Avenue in Boca Raton and has lived in the city for 31 years.
