Councilmembers raised e‑bike use and speeding during the Vision 0 question period and asked whether e‑bike regulation and targeted safety measures are being considered. Councilmember Graf (S6) said the city has received many resident emails about e‑bike speeding and urged that the plan incorporate e‑bike safety analysis.
