The Planning and Zoning Board approved a variance to reduce the minimum street-yard setback at 1150 Northwest Bridal Sound Parkway from 100 feet to 70 feet 9 inches. Jacob Gurman, senior planner, said staff deemed the variance appropriate because it represented the minimum deviation necessary to meet the applicant's objectives while adding landscape buffering and reducing the project's paved area.
