Committee members examined several works that pose special display challenges — double‑sided woodburn pieces, multi‑panel installations and delicate children's submissions — and discussed how to display them safely in an unsecured public space during open hours. Chair (S1) asked whether the committee could require artists to indicate display method or to provide easels or protective cases.
