A complaint filed Feb. 10, 2025, alleged that Optimal Fire Protection was operating from a residential address in Waverly Township. Zoning Administrator Tasha Smalley reported she spoke with a company representative and confirmed the business is using the residential property solely as a mailing address—businesses cannot use a PO Box for LLC mailings—and that no work or materials are being staged at the house. She also noted the presence of multiple vehicles is attributable to a household with several driving-age children.
