The Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously April 7 to recommend that the Waverly Township Board approve Grow Haven’s site-plan update to add two hoop houses; the operation is coordinating a Bureau of Fire Safety walkthrough and is in receivership under an entity doing business as “JJack.”
