The clerk confirmed that Ryan Insurance representatives (Blake and Wally) will attend a Dec. 12 work session at 9 a.m. and that work-comp bids are due on Dec. 19. One potential bidder (K Works) asked to present on Dec. 16; the board agreed the company may present while the bid's formal opening remains on Dec. 19 so that sealed submissions are preserved.
