Ellen Bogdanoff, speaking for Tower 155, urged the board to create a 2–3 space loading zone to reduce deliveries that currently block a narrow alley and obstruct access. "It would block the alleyway when they have, like, large moving trucks," Bogdanoff said, describing how delivery vehicles can prevent access to the building's driveway.
