Council approves reprogramming of older CDBG funds to current HUD projects (Resolution 557)
Council voted 8–0 to reprogram leftover Community Development Block Grant funds from prior years into more recent HUD-funded projects. Director Van Tassel said reprogramming is allowed when earlier projects finish under budget or have ineligible expenses.
